Inspection Systems (NIS) will custom design a system that
will specifically address your manufacturing needs and process,
Special
attention is given to your processing environment, and your critical
production requirements.
NIS has, for over 20 years, worked with our
clients to offer a complete evaluation of their products and
identify the potential
contaminants they may have in them. We consult with our customers,
to demonstrate the capabilities of our systems. You simply send
us samples of your product(s) to evaluate.
NIS Labs will then examine them
on an actual system, given your criteria, and send you the results
(disc). A preliminary description of your product(s) and the
contaminants
or defects that you wish to detect is required before sending
the items to us for evaluation.
NIS has machines available that, in
most industry applications, will fit directly into an existing
line or
may be rolled around for spot
inspections. All the units we manufacture are "Real-Time" X-ray
Systems (FBD-SERIES).
After you receive the results of our test evaluation of your
products, we can
arrange for
you
to see
the actual unit in operation at our facility or in your production
plant.
Our systems are immediately available for short /long term
rental or lease/purchase. We offer many flexible financing
plans that make our products a real -value for your "Quality
Control" issues.
Our team of factory trained
professionals combine many years of application experience
and technological expertise to insure a smooth integration
for your new "Quality Control" X-ray System. NIS prides
itself on our training and installation support, we will have
you and your staff at maximum production capacity, quickly
and efficiently.
NIS is consistently seeking industry
feedback on
additional applications and potential uses for our equipment.
The systems we manufacture are
available in different designs and each of them are available
in several configurations. The custom designed and automated
systems have almost unlimited integration applications. The
manual system is a universal "lab
unit," that is used by most customers to do random
line samples or recalls, as well as product evaluations and requires
an operator.
NIS is very interested in exploring any application
you may see for our products. Please contact us with your questions
or comments.
