Nationwide Inspection Systems (NIS) will custom design a Quality-Control System that will specifically address your manufacturing needs and process, Special attention is given to your processing environment, and your critical production requirements.

NIS has an in-house laboratory so we are able to offer to you a complete evaluation of your product(s) and demonstrate the Quality-Control capabilities you will enjoy when our systems are installed. We suggest that you send us samples of your products to evaluate; we will then examine them on an actual system and send you the results (disc).

NIS has available systems that will fit directly into an existing production line or may be rolled around for spot/random inspections. All the machines NIS manufacture are "Real-Time" X-ray Systems (FBD-SERIES). We offer many flexible financing plans that make our products a real value for your "Quality Control" issues. The systems are available for short/long term rentals or lease/purchase.
